I took my car into the shop early for a flat tire, they told me it was un-repairable because it had a nail that was stuck in it next to the tire well. I took it to Firestone to get new tires and they told me it was a small leak and didn’t have a nail in it which they ended up fixing and saving me $500. This tire Rama is untrustworthy, and they didn’t tell me until the next day and I had to call them to get information on it. Very poor customer service and communication, plus lied about my tire having a nail in it. I’m glad I went to Firestone complete auto care, I saved over $500, my tires are brand new and I think they were trying to keep them and sell me a new pair instead of fixing an easy small leak. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone, if you can’t trust them don’t buy from them. They’ll try and get as much money from you as possible.

I live close and just deleted my review, Maybe the owner can get back to me and get me a deal on my truck. After having it for 42 days and doing jack-all. Brake line and brakes. Wouldn't touch my spark plugs or coil packs even though I agreed to their (I don't want to do it) price being $700+ $100 for each plug they break because its a 5.4. I Did all the plugs and coils myself, so thanks for the motivation. Terrible shop, terrible work. Honestly.

Great staff. Woody was very helpful in explaining the situation. Blaine was friendly and professional. My "go to" tire store from now on. All Subaru owners need to know ....these folks know about Subaru's.....!

These guys we amazing. We went there to try to get a tire plugged quickly before my husband was late to work not only were they friendly their service was incredible. The tire was to bad to patch so they replaced the tire for us and didn't charge us any extra even though they weren't able to fix ours. I highly recommend these guys. And to the guys at the store Thank you so much again! Y'all definitely earned our business from here on out!
